I've noticed shifts after each session. Sometimes they are a big feeling of "unburdening" or lifting of a sad or low mood or negative thinking. I consider these significant. Other sessions have resulted in communication changes with those I have difficulty communicating or connecting with. These changes are not always in the direction you expect, but they are needed for me to move forward. ~ Anonymous
